The big one!
The aim is to scale the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
It is frequently attempted within 24 hours including the driving distance of over 450 miles and given today's conditions the driving alone can be quite a challenge!
Unfortunately the sub 24 hr success rate is rather low; people frequently underestimate the effort required and aren't wise to the key things which can mean the difference between success and failure - this is just the area where we can help!
Using the services of a qualified Mountain Guide takes the stress out of navigation in the dark / mist / rain, helps you achieve your target in a measured and realistic way and improves the safety and wellbeing of the group.

The original one!
Regarded by many from the area to be the original UK 3 Peaks Challenge. It takes place within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, starting and finishing at Horton-in Ribblesdale and taking in the 3 main peaks within the National Park; Ingleborough, Phen-y-Ghent and Whernside. Some people aim just to finish whilst others aim for target times such as sub 12 hours. Even with relatively modest heights, this is not a soft touch challenge - you will be on your feet and moving for a single continuous period which is significantly longer than on the N3P!

The tough one!
The most demanding of our main challenges, The Welsh 3000's is a mountaineering challenge requiring the challenger to summit all 15 mountains in Snowdonia above 3000 feet (914.4m), which will also require a flat walking distance of 26 miles or more. Like the N3P, it can be tackled in numerous ways; some groups aim to complete the challenge within 24 hours, sub 14 hour is just feasible for very fit and experienced walkers, whilst the fell running record stands at an eye watering 4 hrs 20 mins! However, there are other options including a 2/3 day option which can include 1/2 nights camping and even a wild camp.
